Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Any item that does not meet all of these conditions will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

To start a return, you must contact us in writing at info@withhasteproduction.com before sending anything. Items sent back without prior written approval will be refused and returned to sender. We are not responsible for any costs associated with unauthorized returns.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to info@withhasteproduction.com. Claims made after this window will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original (subject to all conditions above) and place a new order separately.

Refunds If a return is approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing, plus additional time for your bank or card provider to post the funds. Refunds will not be issued until the returned item has been received and fully inspected.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal Consumers in the EU have the statutory right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt. This right applies only to items returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will not be processed until the item is received and inspected.
